Iron Sculpture #1

The way the tapered rods fan out and then collapse into that dense cluster is so visually interesting—it catches the light differently from every angle. I catch myself staring at it more than I'd like to admit.

I placed it on my desk and the cluster of tapered rods catches the light differently depending on the time of day. The contrast between the upright side and the softer, spilling side is even more striking in person.

The way the tapered rods spill from rigid uprights into that soft, dynamic cluster is even more dramatic in person—it completely changes the room's energy.
