I was surprised at how much weight these little nightstands can hold—my heavy lamp and stack of books don’t make them wobble at all. The natural pine grain looks even better up close, and the waxed top feels really smooth to the touch.

The wax coating on the top really brings out the natural grain—makes them look warmer than plain pine. Both nightstands arrived perfectly matched in color and stood rock-solid on my uneven floor. Perfect size for a small bedroom setup.

The pine feels properly solid, not hollow or flimsy like some flat-pack stuff I've dealt with. Both tops have that waxed sheen that makes the wood grain pop, and they arrived sorted as a matched pair.
