Gebeizter Eckstuhl mit gedrechselten Beinen

The bobbin-turned frame is surprisingly elegant in person, and the black finish really makes it stand out in my reading nook. The rush seat feels sturdy and well-maintained despite being vintage, and it fits perfectly into that awkward corner where nothing else would go.

I was a bit nervous about finding a chair that would actually fit in my tiny reading corner, but this one slides right in without feeling cramped. The rush seat is in much better shape than I expected for "very good vintage" — it's sturdy and the dark finish looks great against my lighter walls.

The bobbin-turned frame is surprisingly sturdy for such a compact piece, and the cleaned rush seat looks almost brand new. It fits my reading nook perfectly and the black finish hides everyday dust well. Exactly the vintage charm I was hoping for.
