The grooved maple dowel is a nice touch—it keeps the roll from sliding around when I grab a sheet. Plenty of clearance underneath too, so swapping in a new roll takes just a second.

The grooved maple dowel is a nice touch—gives it a cleaner look than a plain metal bar. Mounted it in about 10 minutes, and it holds a roll securely without wobbling. Only wish the brass mount came in a slightly darker finish to match my cabinet hardware.
