Bobbin bijzettafel

The bobbin-turned base is beautifully crafted and feels sturdy, and the natural checking on the top gives it real character. It fits perfectly as a side table for my sofa, exactly the vintage look I wanted.

Placed it next to my reading chair and the bobbin-turned base really gives it that handmade feel—plus it’s sturdier than I expected for an occasional table. The top’s natural checking is subtle and honestly makes it look more characterful than a brand-new piece.

I was immediately drawn to how solid this little table feels—the bobbin-turned base gives it a nice chunk of weight. It arrived with the patina I expected, and the top’s natural checking just adds character rather than looking like damage. Perfect height for tucking beside an armchair.
