The Oil Rubbed Brass Canopy can be used with most of our pendants for hard-wiring. The canopy covers the electric box and should cover the hole in the ceiling where the wires connect. The color is a very dark brown, almost-but-not-quite black.

This brushed brass finish has a nice warmth to it, and the size was perfect for covering the old junction box hole. Installed in minutes and looks way more polished than the basic white plastic one it replaced.
