This set of "Model 3232" Oak Lounge Chairs, designed by Børge Mogensen (b. Denmark, 1914-1972) for Fredericia in 1968, embodies the designer’s dedication to craftsmanship and functional beauty. The solid oak frames feature clean lines which are perfectly complemented by white upholstered cushions. The back cushion is secured with elastic pull tabs and brass knobs on the back rest to prevent shifting for lasting comfort. Laundered covers and new elastic ensure these chairs are refreshed and ready for use.

Miles ★★★★★

I was a bit worried about the condition of vintage chairs, but the solid oak frames are in remarkable shape—they feel built to last another 50 years. The mid-century silhouette instantly made my living room feel more curated.

The oak grain on these is stunning—you can tell they were built when furniture was meant to last, and the proportions fit perfectly under our low windows. I've been sitting in one every morning with coffee and the solidity of the frame just feels reassuring, like a piece that'll outlive us all.

Finally found a pair of mid-century chairs that actually sit comfortably for hours, not just look good. The sculpted armrests are so perfectly contoured that my hands just naturally rest there.
