The leather has a nice, natural grain that feels sturdy but not stiff. I’m already noticing a slight warmth in the color after handling it for a few days. Exactly what I needed to judge the patina potential before buying a full hide.

These swatches are perfect for seeing how the hide will really patina over time. The soluble dye really lets the natural markings and grain come through, and I can already tell it's going to develop a beautiful character from daily use.
