池塘中的小船

The greens and yellows are so vivid they almost glow—it’s like the sunlight is baked right into the paint. The two boats and the dappled path keep pulling my eye back; I can stare at it for minutes without getting bored.

The tall trees frame the scene perfectly, and the dappled light on the path makes me feel like I’m standing right there. The bright yellows and greens really pop against the darker water, which is exactly what I wanted for my living room.

The way the sunlight hits the path and reflects off the water gives the whole scene a warm, peaceful feeling. I hung it in my hallway and catch myself stopping to look at those two little boats every time I walk by.
